Abstract: 

Conversations host Harry Kreisler welcomes Ambassador Gregory L. Schulte, Visiting Fellow at the National Defense University, for a discussion of national security threats in the 21st century. A government official with experience with NATO, the Bosnia conflict, and nuclear proliferation, Ambassador Schulte expresses his own views not that of the US government on a range of topics including: the transformation of NATO; institution building in post conflict situations; nuclear proliferation; the threats posed by terrorist organizations and aspiring nuclear states such as Iran; and the special situation of Israel and India under the non proliferation regime.
