Host Harry Kreisler welcomes former Bush speech writer David Frum for a discussion of the defining features of the Bush administration's response to the terrorist acts of 9/11. He also reflects on the strengths and weaknesses of President Bush and lays out a program for the United States in the war on terrorism.
