Issabella is a senior who is passionate about improving the processes used to inform public policies and implement them. She has previously interned for the White House Initative on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence and Economic Opportunity for Hispanics and is a 2023 Public Policy and International Affairs fellow. She is currently interning at the Commonwealth Club of California, writing a thesis as a Legal Studies Honors student, and is entering her second year conducting research on international democracy promotion with the Institute of International Studies. Following graduation she hopes to earn her Masters in Public Policy with a focus on international affairs and human rights.
